Toxic chemicals are found in varying degrees in many household and personal items. Chronic exposure to low levels may cause them to accumulate in the body and perhaps contribute to disease.
This test assesses your level of exposure by measuring the metabolites of environmental pollutants in a urine sample.
The pollutants tested are phthalates, which are found in plastic; parabens, which are found in skin products; and Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), which are air borne particles that contribute to poor air quality and smog.
