What is an Executive Health Assessment?
Our Executive Health Assessment is unique in that it focuses on a comprehensive bloodwork panel in combination with a series of detailed functional medicine tests to provide a complete and holistic picture of your health.
We will review the findings of the detailed panels to uncover underlying concerns in your bloodwork, nutrient status, hormones, cardiovascular markers, metabolism, gut function, food sensitivities and heavy metals.
Our focus is optimization and prevention using diet, nutrients and lifestyle modifications to keep you feeling and functioning your best. We will educate you to understand underlying imbalances in your body and how to correct them using natural means.
After your initial work-up, we will provide you with guidance through monthly virtual check-ins to ensure that you are staying on track and on target with our plan. Our goal is to help you to function at your best. To maintain quality of life and minimize dependence on medication.

What does it include?
Our comprehensive work-up includes the following:
- Calculating your Biological or Phenotypical Age (this gives a measure of how you are aging compared to your actual or chronological age based on blood biomarkers)
- LifeLabs blood panel with over 80 lab values to rule out abnormalities in blood, cardiovascular, metabolic, nutrients, thyroid, hormones and autoimmune markers
- A detailed picture of your sex hormones that can be impacting your libido, motivation, aging and energy levels (estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, DHT, DHEAS, cortisol melatonin and many more)
- Neurotransmitter testing (dopamine, epinephrine)
- How your body – and adrenals – are dealing with stress (multiple daily points of cortisol and cortisone, your stress hormones)
- Sleep hormone imbalances (melatonin)
- Your ability to protect your cell from toxins and DNA damage (glutathione)
- An indicator for potential DNA damage via oxidative stress
- Comprehensive gut testing for assessing the health of your microbiome (bacterial ecosystem of your gut) and determining if parasites are present
- Assessing for intestinal inflammatory markers, gut immune health status and digestive function
- Investigating for food sensitivities and quantifying to what degree they may be playing a role in your health
