Registered Psychotherapist
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) offering individual and couples therapy, in-person and virtually. I work with clients experiencing a range of concerns, and specialize in supporting clients with challenges related to trauma, relationships, and self-esteem. I aim to help you navigate life’s challenges while discovering new insights and creating desired change along the way. Therapy is an opportunity to gain fresh perspectives, face difficult emotions and experiences, explore patterns that aren’t serving you, and develop new ways of responding to challenges. In couples therapy, I work with partnerships of all kinds and at any stage of their relationship to improve communication, explore dynamics, and deepen connection.
Whether it’s your first time in therapy or you have prior experience, finding the right therapist can be intimidating. I hope to take some of the guesswork out of the process by offering a free 15-minute consultation to see if we might be a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you!
I tailor therapy to your unique needs, offering individual and relationship support using evidence-based approaches including Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. My approach to therapy focuses on empathy, collaboration, and connection and is grounded in trauma-informed, 2SLGBTQ+ affirming, and anti-oppressive frameworks.
